 - RETURN POLICY -

As an appreciated customer we want you to be satisfied with what you’ve ordered. If you’re not completely happy with the item(s) then simply contact us via email within 7 working days of receiving the product. Formerly after the first point of contact return it to us within 14 days. You must inform us within 21 days from purchase date any item(s) you have received from us are faulty or damaged to receive a replacement or a full refund.

This excludes personalised products.

 

 With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please be advised that we are not responsible for the cost of the return postage or any other cost associated with the return of the item. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage in the unlikely event the parcel fails to reach us for any reason. Unfortunately The Papercut Emporium do not accept any cancellations, so please ensure you are happy with your order before proceeding. The Papercut Emporium does not accept returns for Personalised Products that has no defects or damage.
